OUR GUARANTEE If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, simply return it. We will replace or repair it or if you prefer, will give you a full refund. Returned goods need to be in original condition and arrive at McIntyre Marine Services freight and insurance paid. We cannot accept freight collect nor accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

FREIGHT We offer and quote competitive freight quotes including insurance on all orders at the time of enquiry.

WARRANTY & SERVICING We only provide full warranty and service backup for products sold by McIntyre Marine Services. Our service personnel are factory trained by the manufacturers and where required, comprehensive spares are stocked. If we have not sold the product, we do not offer warranty or service support unless of course, you are a foreign citizen travelling through Australia or the Asia Pacific region, when we will enthusiastically support those products.
