The UNIBODY 2005 range of blocks is available in 1. 100% polished stainless steel "US" Unibody Stainless; 2. anodized black "UAB" Unibody Alloy Black; or 3. grey alloy "UAG" Unibody Alloy Grey
Eliminating screws and rivets, all
UNIBODY 2005 blocks are precision machined from a solid
piece of stainless or aluminium, folded in half and then
assembled using non-conductive Delrin on all mating surfaces.
Every block now has built-in adjustment that allows the shackle
to swivel or lock with a simple set-screw. Effortless rotation
and free-running is assured with Torlon ball bearing
construction.
The UNIBODY ULTRA range uses
the most advanced materials and production techniques. Super
strong, lightweight and corrosion-resistant, the Garhauer
UNIBODY ULTRA block is precision milled from a
solid block of premium 6061 T-6 aluminium for high strength to
weight ratio. All mating surfaces are constructed with
non-conductive Delrin, the longest wear engineering grade
plastic. Torlon ball bearings for durable, effortless rotation.
Superior corrosion resistance is achieved by the absence of
fasteners. We are so confident, that if any block fails in the
first ten years you own it, send it back and we will send you a
new one.
